Jeff offers you more than 28 years of experience in commercial, and industrial sales, leasing, tenant representation, and home sales. Jeff is an industrial real estate specialist, specializing in representation of tenants and property owners in the marketplace, negotiating lease and sales contracts, designing and implementing leasing, subleasing, and sales marketing programs, and providing information and making recommendations for maximizing property value. Jeff has extensive knowledge and experience working with complex land use and zoning issues in many jurisdictions throughout the County. He has successfully represented a wide range of clients with headquarters both in and out of the San Diego region Having lived and worked in San Diego his whole life, Jeff Taich brings another dimension of service to San Diego’s commercial, industrial clients. Along with his national affiliates, Jeff Taich has accomplished more than 700 transactions, involving 6.9 million square feet of space leased or sold, with a combined value of $67 million.

Jeff Founded JT Commercial Real Estate in 1999.
1992-1999: Prior to forming JT Commercial, Jeff joined Voit Commercial Real Estate as Vice President where he was recognized as a top producing agent of the 50 person brokerage house for 4 consecutive years
1986-1992: Jeff joined Merrill Lynch where he was promoted to Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Division due to his achievements as a the top selling agent of the 60 person brokerage house .

Eric is currently studying real estate and development at the University of Southern California and has a background in architecture/design. Eric has experience in marketing commercial and industrial properties for sale and lease using business standard programs such as LoopNet, Constant Contacts and Costar. Eric is knowledgeable in leasing of office, retail and industrial space and has assisted in the coordination of transactions by preparing contracts and lease agreements. In his short tenure here at Jt Commercial Eric has assisted with the success of a half dozen transactions.
